Benefits of using essential oils 

Mother Nature offers a wide variety of plants that can contribute to our wellbeing. As each plant is uniquely grown and harvested, each essential oil holds different properties, therapeutic qualities and uses. The benefits of essential oils may include antiviral, antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antiseptic, anti rheumatism, sedative, nerving or diuretic properties just to name a few. Introducing essential oils into your daily life can help you create a toxin-free lifestyle and improve your and your family’s overall health. There are many different uses for therapeutic purposes, such as external application, inhalation and ingestion. It is important to note that essential oils are not meant to cure or replace a specific treatment, but rather to prevent, support or improve a condition. ​ The ingestion of essential oils must be done with care and guidance. We advise you to consult with a trained aromatherapist or doctor before taking essential oil internally.   • PHYSICAL HEALTH: They can assist with physical issues such as soothing aches and inflamed areas, reduce cramps, muscle aches and pains, ease colds or flu symptoms, boost the immunity system, nourish and rejuvenate the skin.

  • MENTAL HEALTH: They can help with emotional problems for balancing, grounding, or uplifting emotions, such as anxiety, grief, depression, nervous tension. 

  • SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: They are also wonderful to integrate during spiritual and yoga practices

  • SLEEP: They can support relaxation and sleep. 

  • COOKING: Some essential oils can be great to add to your recipes
