We currently ship within Canada! We do not offer a cross-border shipping option yet at this time.

We work closely with Canada Post and other reliable shipping companies to ensure your package arrives to your doorstep within 7-10 business days. However, there may be a slight delay depending on the time of the year and extraordinairy circumstances that may apply. If you are located in Canada, your package will ship from Castlegar, BC or Montreal, QC.

We aim to get your package shipped to you as quickly as possible! However, with a high volume of orders we take about 2-5 business days to package and 7 -10 ship our products to you.

Our warehouses are in Canada, so you'll be charged in CAD.

Our oils are 100% pure with absolutely no fillers, diluting oils, synthetic fragrances, or unnatural components of any kind. Before the products are shipped, they are tested and bottled up according to the standards.

We source our essential oils from different countries; mostly from Canada and Madagascar. Some countries have organic certification systems in place, while others have more complex systems. Regardless, all Love and Lemons essential oils are non-GMO, pesticide-free and are never tested on animals. The purity and potency of Love and Lemons essential oils is guaranteed and under each essential oil's description, you can find the available tests results. In order to put our ecocert certification, we must buy the right to do so, knowing that all batches have been tested to reach quality standards. All our essential oils are certified Kosher, vegan and cruelty-free.

Therapeutic Grade is not an industry standard, but a term used to describe certain companies' products. Our oils are 100% pure + natural with absolutely no fillers, diluting oils, synthetic fragrances, or unnatural components of any kind. Our esential oils are tested to ensure quality and efficacy.

As a Canadian company, we can’t promote the ingestion of our oils. However all of our oils are 100% pure and natural, some oils are toxic to take internally. We recommend seeing a professional aromatherapist before ingesting any type of essential oil. Please follow the instructions on the lables and on our website. If you have any questions in regards of usage, please contact us and our certified aromatherapist will be happy to assist you further.

We source essential oils mainly from Canada (Quebec), Madagascar, USA , Marocco and Argentina. We choose regions that produce the highest quality oils and work directly with the farmers, haverster and distiller to ensure that we bring the best essential oils from around the globe directly to you.

All of our single essential oils have a 2-5 year shelf life and our blends have 2 years of shelf life. Our bottles are designed to keep light from reaching the oils however we still advise storing them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Keep in mind that citrus oils are more sensitive and have the tendancy to oxidise more easily than other essential oils. As essential oils are volatile compounds and evaporate fast, always make sure to close the lids after each use.

No, you are only able to use our single oils or undiluted essential oils blends.

Please keep in mind that any citrus essential oils will be photosensitive. We recommend to stay out of the sun for 12 hours after application, or to use the essential oils on a section of your body that will not be exposed. Please be sure to wear sunscreen and do not use any form of tanning beds as you can burn and damage your skin. As a precaution, each of our bottles, blends and purefumes indicate a warning for sun exposure. Essential oils to avoid in direct sunlight or prior to a sunbed treatment are all citrus oils, ginger, cinamon, citronella, lemongrass and clove. Note that we are speaking only for the essential oils that we carry, and recommend for you to do further research in regards to other types of essentail oils available on the market.

If you have a white pillow case, make sure the oil is completely absorbed by your skin before laying down for the night!

All diffusers come with a 1 year warranty.

The plastic reservoir of our diffuser is made from high quality, BPA-free plastic.

Yes! This means that they emit no heat and run through vibrations. Because of this, the plastic, water and oils are not heated while diffusing and the plastic has no interaction with the essential oils. Our diffusers are designed and built to diffuse essential oils, covering approximately a 500 square foot space. Due to its ultrasonic nature, it mists into the air and adds some moisture to the surrounding environment, but not as much as a traditional humidifier does.

We recommend cleaning your diffuser once a week by adding a little bit of vinegar into the water and running it for 10-15 minutes. Empty our the water and wipe off clean after.
