• Topical: Apply to desired area. Dilute 3-5 drops to 5 ml of carrier oil before application. 

• Diffuse: Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser.

Essential oils are a wonderful gift of nature that can be used for the well-being of humans, plants, animals and insects. It is important to use them safely and properly. Note that essential oils are not intended to cure any health conditions or replace medical care.

• Possible skin sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Not recommended to use on kids due to the presence of Cinnamon Bark and Clove Bud. 

• Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and air.

• If you have a skin condition, epilepsy or asthma, take prescribed medication, are pregnant or are in any doubt about any condition you may have, please consult a physician or trained aromatherapist.

• Taking essential oils orally is more risky than other application methods and should not be done without the guidance of a professional. Do not take essential oils either undiluted or in water, as there is a risk of mouth/stomach irritation. One or two drops of most essential oil can be safely taken in a day, but more than this is not recommended and at your own risk.

• Contraindications: avoid during first trimester of pregnancy.
