We recommend that you consult a certified aromatherapist to learn how to safely incorporate essential oils into your life. Note that essential oils are not intended to cure any health conditions or replace medical care.

• Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and air.

• Possible skin sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product. 

• If you have a skin condition, epilepsy or asthma, take prescribed medication, are pregnant or are in any doubt about any condition you may have, please consult a physician or trained aromatherapist.

• Taking essential oils orally is more risky than other application methods and should not be done without the guidance of a professional. Do not take essential oils either undiluted or in water, as there is a risk of mouth/stomach irritation. One or two drops of most essential oil can be safely taken in a day, but more than this is not recommended and at your own risk.

• Contraindications: Avoid during first trimester of pregnancy.
