Embracing Summer with the Fire Element in Chinese Medicine

Summer’s here, and it’s time for vacation, holidays, and fun! In Chinese medicine, summer vibes with the Fire element, bringing warmth, brightness, and lots of activity. This season encourages us to be open, social, and expressive. The Fire element is all about warmth and brightness, making us more connected and expressive.
